The Software automatically collects:

  • Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
  • Camera data from connected devices (GoPro HERO10, 11, 12, 13, phone camera)
  • GPS, location data (coordinates, altitude, accuracy)
  • RTK positioning data
  • Recording metadata (timestamps, row data)
  • Usage statistics and log information

2.3. Field Data

The Software processes:

  • Video recordings
  • Geospatial data
  • Mapping data (anchors, pillars, trees, orchard objects)

3. Purpose of Data Usage

Collected data serves the following purposes:

  • Providing, managing, and improving Software services

  • Facilitating camera integration
  • Storing and processing field data
  • GPS/RTK positioning
  • Data synchronization between local storage and backend
  • Offline caching for enhanced usability
  • Generating interactive field maps
  • Monitoring and improving user interaction
  • Technical support and issue resolution

  • Conducting agricultural research to enhance farming practices and technologies (using anonymized data)

4. Data Storage and Management

4.1. Local Storage

  • Data is cached on the Customer's device for offline functionality.
  • Includes recordings, GPS data, and authentication credentials.

4.2. Cloud Synchronization

  • Data synchronization to backend occurs when connectivity is available.
  • Large media files utilize secure, chunked uploads with integrity checks.

5. Data Sharing

The Service Provider may share data with:

  • Third-party service providers for hosting, analysis, and customer support
  • Customer's organization administrators for field data access
  • Legal entities for compliance, protection, or fraud prevention
  • In business transfer scenarios (merger, acquisition, reorganization)
  • Agricultural consultants, researchers, or agro-management software via API integrations, subject to explicit prior consent from the Customer.

6. User Controls and Choices

  • Customer can access and manage personal account information.
  • Location and camera access permissions can be managed via device settings.
  • Customer retains the right to disconnect cameras at any time.
  • Customer explicitly consents to share data with third parties through clear opt-in mechanisms provided by the Software.

7. Data Retention

  • Data is retained for the contract duration plus 12 months after termination.
  • Essential data required by law may be kept longer to fulfill legal obligations.
  • Non-essential data includes user preferences, session logs, and application settings.
  • Essential data includes customer information, financial records, and compliance-related data.

8. Data Security Measures

  • Secure storage of authentication credentials
  • Encrypted data transmission using industry-standard TLS protocols
  • Role-based access control to restrict data visibility
  • Data integrity checks during uploads
  • Regular security assessments and penetration testing
  • Physical, technical, and administrative safeguards

9. Children's Privacy

The Software is intended solely for agricultural use by persons aged 18 and over.

Data may be transferred internationally where data protection laws differ, adhering to applicable regulations including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
